Municipal Sales Manager Tony Carmichael, has recently concluded rigorous “Voice of Customer” surveys, with a number of (our) end-users. The purpose of these visits, is to support the exchange of information , and gain critical insight and feedback, which can only be provided by our first responders. This knowledge is crucial in the development of new technologies that Bright Star will be introducing to the fire market. Some of the departments we were privileged to call on included The cities of Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and the District of Columbia. Tony always welcomes the opportunity to visit with all fire departments, regardless of size. It is a fun and worthwhile couple of hours.
